Aisling Bea
Aisling is a well-known Irish comedian, who's been performing for a long time. She was born in Kildare, Ireland, on 16th March 1984. She's appeared on QI with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16 March 1984) is a stand-up comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea started her stand-up career in 2011, after appearing in small parts on several Irish TV shows as well as British series since the year 2009. In 2012, she was frequently being featured on sketch comedy programs and sitcoms. After her victory at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was scheduled for a range of panel programs. She's a member of 8 Out of 10 Cats since 2016 and she is one of the most popular contestants on the show's sister show 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was born to Brian O'Sullivan, the actress has one sister named Sinead. In 2012, she was the second woman to ever receive the So You Think You're Funny award. Her surname is Bea in honor of her deceased father. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born March 16, 1984 in Kildare Town in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian was an equine vet who took his own life at the age of three. Bea didn't learn how the death of her father occurred until she was thirteen. In 2017 she wrote an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family and took on the stage name Bea to pay tribute. Bea's mother Helen was also a trainer for jockeys as well as a former professional jockey was in charge of the care of her daughter as well as Sinead. The family was obsessed with racing and horses. In her youth Bea was an instructor in the Irish National Stud however she knew from a young age that she was not attracted to the race industry for a profession, but instead was a performer.
